Philips Inside Sales Rep - Oral Healthcare - Bilingual (French) in Canada - Home Based, Ontario

Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual French Required - Canada)

Your role:

  • Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly KPI metrics as well as achieve sales quota.

  • Conducting outbound sales calls in both English and French (Québécois)

  • Meet & exceed productivity outreach efforts to customers (primarily telephone and email communications).

  • Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly KPI metrics as well as achieve sales quota.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bilingual capabilities in English and French (preferably familiarity with Québécois); Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  • Understanding of CRM concepts to manage accounts; experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or equivalent.

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Pay Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $39,000 to $56,000. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, DC Pension, Flex Dollars (for HSA/PSA/RRSP), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
