Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Canal Winchester, Ohio Job Type: Full-time Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate and maintain various machines within our production facility. The Machine Operator will ensure efficient operation of equipment, troubleshoot issues, perform regular maintenance, and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up machinery for operation according to production guidelines.

• Operate equipment safely and effectively for production runs.

• Perform quality checks on products and parts to ensure they meet specifications.

• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion.

• Monitor machines during operation to detect any issues or malfunctions.

• Troubleshoot machine problems and perform minor repairs as needed.

• Ensure proper cleanliness and maintenance of machines and work area.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

• Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

• Complete production logs and reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and machinery operation.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

• Attention to detail and quality-oriented.

• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects and work in a standing position.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
