Confidential Employer Human Resource Coordinator in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania
Our client, a growing heavy manufacturer in Cannonsburg, PA, is looking for an experienced Human Resource Coordinator ready to take the next step in their career. This position is responsible for performing a broad spectrum of HR related functions on a professional level, including but not limited to full life-cycle recruitment, on-boarding & orientation, data entry into Human Resource Information System (PayCom.)
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Human Resoures experience preferred in manufacturing
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Some experience in HRIS payroll systems, specifically PayCom.
- Recruiting experience required
