YOUR NEW ROLE AS AN OUTSIDE PEST CONTROL SALES REP
As an Outside Pest Control Sales Rep, your role will be all about meeting new customers, addressing their concerns, and showcasing how Arrow can provide the perfect solution for their pest control needs. You'll perform detailed home evaluations, which may involve crawling into tight spaces like attics to assess damage and identify pest-related issues. Using the sales skills and techniques we train you in, you'll expertly offer solutions, recommend services, and explain the associated benefits clearly and honestly.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
Physical ability be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
Customer service experience
Sales ability
Basic math skills
