Description

We are offering a contract opportunity for a PC Technician with our client in Cape Girardeau, Missouri! The role is within the service industry and will focus on a printer project. You will be tasked with various responsibilities related to Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Microsoft, Networking, Operating Systems, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments, and Deskside Support.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your skills in Dell Technologies to ensure all systems are running optimally.

• Leverage your knowledge of EO/IR systems in the day-to-day operations.

• Use your Microsoft skills to manage and troubleshoot various software issues.

• Apply your networking skills to ensure seamless communication between various devices and systems.

• Maintain and manage the operating system to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Utilize your Active Directory skills for network management.

• Apply your computer hardware skills to troubleshoot and repair various devices.

• Use your expertise in configuration management to maintain and enhance systems.

• Oversee deployments to ensure all systems are updated and running efficiently.

• Provide Deskside Support to all users, ensuring their IT needs are met effectively.

  Requirements

• Proficient in Dell Technologies

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Ability to handle Deployments

• Experience in Deskside Support

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication abilities

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
