About the Role – Golf Bag Attendant

The Golf Bag Attendant plays a critical role in the success of the overall golf experience in the eyes of our guests and members. It is critically important that you realize that you are the first and last impression of the golf operation. Superb personalized service and name recognition are of the utmost importance in providing an unparalleled golf experience. In addition, the carts, the bag drop, the staging area, the practice areas, and the surrounding grounds must be maintained at the highest standards of cleanliness.

Wage Information :

The hourly rate for this position is $16.00.

Qualifications:

· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

· Refined verbal and written communication skills

· Previous experiences in a luxury resort preferred

· Must possess a professional presentation

· Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills

· Highly responsible and reliable

· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

· Ability to stand for long periods of time
