The Global Market Access (GMA) team for our Appliances, HVAC & Lighting (AHL) division in Carugate, Italy, is seeking a Certification Delivery Analyst to join their dynamic, highly collaborative team.

The GMA Team work internally with our laboratory teams who perform product testing, to review incoming test reports and certification package documentation against certification scheme requirements. Essentially, they allow our customers to enter the market with their products, fully tested and certified according to the necessary certification schemes.

Certification Delivery Analysts play a central role in the delivery & processing phase of certification, an essential role to enable our customers to achieve certification of their products. You will be reviewing test reports and ultimately making a certification decision according to set certification procedures, instructions and requirements.

• Review incoming test reports and certification package documentation against the certification schemes requirements

• Work closely with laboratory engineers on re-testing if compliance levels are not met

• Responsible for making certification decisions according to the certification procedures, instructions and requirements

• Process and store the certification documentation to demonstrate that the certification procedures have been effectively fulfilled

• Deliver certificates to customer via email

• Handle maintenance and storage of certificates

• High school diploma or university degree

• Fluent in English

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented

• Ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines without compromising accuracy

• Superb communication skills

• High level of attention to detail

This is a Hybrid role in Carugate, Italy. 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
