Pay: $22/hr to $26/hr (Willing to pay well for cheese making or any type of dairy experience)

Hours: Looking for day or night shift candidates (6am to 6pm/6pm to 6am rotating shift schedule 3 on 2 off 2 on 3 off working every other weekend)

Must pass drug test and background check

Description:

Responsible for interpreting the recipe formulas, mixing the ingredients, and operating the equipment in the cheese-making process.

-Blend, Pasteurize, Homogenize, Acidify, Ph all cream cheese products

-Assist with maintaining inventory of ingredients and packaging for co-pack products by alerting cream cheese supervisor

-Retrieve, measure, and return ingredients as needed
