Job Title: Product Manager
Duties: Regal Rexnord Corporation seeks a Product Manager in Cassville, Missouri to support New Product Development (NPD) for engineering products. Conduct product management and NPD for mechanical and manufactured products including motor and blower products. Drive forward the production of software-configurable products and connected products. Define scope and objective of engineering projects. Support full product life cycle for mechanical products. Provide hardware and software engineering support for NPD projects for engineering solutions and components including Combustion and HVAC. Drive all phases of new product development including project ideation, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), prototyping, documentation, testing, production launch, and transition to sustaining. Define, test, and implement project management tools to drive cost reduction and on-time performance for mechanical projects. Deliver order and sales forecasts and deliver continuously improving operating profits. Utilize Pareto principle (80/20) methodology to support NPD. Utilize analytical software tools including Ansys Mechanical, Ansys Fluent, and Ansys CFX to develop new products. Assist in the development and implementation of annual business and marketing plans. Monitor changes in internal and external customer requirements and scope to determine the impact on ongoing projects and make any required technical adjustments. Build partnerships with customers on strategic product launches. Continually evaluate competitive conditions, technical advances, and market potentials and recommend design changes to existing products and new product development. Local telecommuting available up to three days per week. Annual salary: $88,000 - $109,000.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in any field of Engineering plus five progressive years of New Product Development experience. Must have five years of experience in each of the following: 1. Conducting product management and NPD for mechanical and manufactured products including motor and blower products; 2. Providing hardware and software engineering support for NPD projects for engineering solutions and components including Combustion and HVAC; 3. Driving all phases of new product development including project ideation, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), prototyping, documentation, testing, production launch, and transition to sustaining; 4. Defining, testing, and implementing project management tools to drive cost reduction and on-time performance for mechanical projects; and 5. Utilizing analytical software tools including Ansys Mechanical, Ansys Fluent, and Ansys CFX to develop new products.
