You’ll keep public areas and private residences clean using company-provided uniforms, products and equipment. Utility positions include moving furniture for event set up/tear down and deep-cleaning and polishing various flooring surfaces.

Compensation: commensurate with experience up to $16 per hour

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain cleanliness in all public spaces within the community, including lobbies, clubhouses, bathrooms, and classrooms

  • Collect, bag, and properly dispose of trash and recycling

  • (Floor Tech) Use specialized cleaning equipment to deep-clean carpet, tile, and wood floors

What You’ll Need to Qualify :

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred

  • Ability to safely use specialized equipment and department vehicles

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize multiple requests
