Your Role

Drive the process of migration to KNGS with a focus Corporate Tasks and Targets and continuously review the processes with the aim to improve and implement with the highest operational efficiency, quality and automation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinates rollout and implementation of activities

  • Work with Area Business Partners and Countries Process Managers to develop strategies

  • Review Country requests with Area Business Partners to ensure standard approved process is being applied

  • Close cooperation with Regional and Country Process teams regarding Improvement Projects relating to potential KNGS focused and guided activities

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Good knowledge and understanding of KN operations and systems

  • Leadership experience is a plus

  • Familiar with BPMN or similar

  • Organization and time management abilities

  • Analytical skills
