Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Design and provide support for hardware in a multi-platform environment
Lead the management of incidents and changes in a complex data center environment
Oversee integration of new technologies
Coordinate with various IT departments
Manage a small team responsible for hardware installation and optimization
Create reports on system performance to identify prospects for improvement
Safeguard assets by implementing security controls
Conduct infrastructure tests to comply with standards
Manage IT Systems projects from analysis and design to implementation and support

Requirements
10+ years' experience in designing, implementing, and managing physical and virtual systems and data center management in Windows/AD/Azure and Linux environments
7+ years' leadership experience managing an IT Systems and Database Servers team
Experience with SQL and PostgreSQL
Knowledge of Data Center standards and networking
Proven success in managing multiple deadlines
Experience with vendor management and IT asset management
