Description

We are seeking a Tax Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. As a Tax Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, using your technical skills to support a busy tax team. You will be the point of contact for a busy office during tax season and support the team with customer support and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls and great incoming traffic

• Assembly and prepare tax packets

• Manage multiple calendars and schedule appointments

• Assist the team with various administrative projects

Requirements

• Proven experience in answering inbound calls in a detail-oriented and timely manner

• Ability to assist customers with various tax-related queries and concerns

• Previous office support experience is required

• Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Knowledge of federal income tax return procedures is a plus
