Job Title: Inventory Control Clerk Location: Centennial, CO 80012 Hourly Rate: $19 per hour Position Type: Full time, evaluation hire Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate management of inventory, including tracking parts, performing cycle counts, and maintaining a clean and organized storage area. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, possess basic computer skills, and be comfortable using ERP systems to manage inventory data.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels by tracking and recording parts and materials using our ERP system. Perform regular cycle counts to verify stock levels and reconcile discrepancies. Pull and prepare the correct parts for orders and ensure they are placed in the correct bins or locations in the warehouse. Assist with stock replenishment and identify low-stock items that need to be reordered.
Data Entry & Reporting: Use the ERP system to input inventory data and generate reports. Maintain and update accurate records of inventory movements, adjustments, and discrepancies. Review inventory reports and take corrective action when discrepancies are identified.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the warehouse team and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with the team to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards. Follow all safety protocols while handling and storing inventory items.
Qualifications:
Proficiency with basic computer skills, including data entry and using ERP systems. Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse management is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling and counting inventory.
