Randstad Staffing is HIRING NOW for a Manufacturing Supervisor with a client in Centralia, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing 2nd and 3rd shift. Hours are hybrid / flexible between both shifts. 8 direct reports on each shift totaling 16 direct reports. Ideally have 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience. Responsibilities

• Provide motivational leadership and communication to all hourly employees to ensure understanding and attainment site objectives to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Ensure accurate staffing levels, quality and quantity, to meet customer requirements and achieve productivity targets.

• Evaluate performance and develop the operations team by providing training, coaching, and correcting as appropriate.

• Assures a clean and safe working environment for all employees, emphasizing prevention of potential problems and hazardous conditions. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedure. Take active role in safety awareness and accident prevention.

• Lead and manage all production resources to ensure the achievement of all committed Key Performances Indices (KPI's).

• Define manufacturing improvement goals and supporting programs to reduce setup, improve efficiency and quality, reduce manufacturing cycle time, lower conversion costs, minimize machine downtime and achieve on time delivery.
