Job Summary

In this position as Senior Automation Lead, be carrying out automation of the existing processes for Oracle patch management and Oracle Code Review related activities in Oracle E-Business Suite and Database. This Role requires strong knowledge on Release Management Process along with interaction with customers.This team delivers technology solutions for strategic business needs, drives adoption of these services and support processes and boosts value by enhancing our customers’ experience. You'll work along a hardworking and dedicated team of self motivated professionals who share a collective passion for progress and excellence.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Responsible for Developing, applying and maintaining code quality standards using CI/CD solutions in the Release Management for Oracle E-Business suite and other technologies.

• Manage the quality assurance processes and work with team to ensuring all the SLA’s are met.

• Establish the reports and metrics and make sure all the tickets are following the SLA’s and monitor closely the trends.

• Develop and maintain scripts for automating repetitive tasks in the release management process.

• Design and implement a CI/CD pipeline for Oracle EBS deployments using industry best practices and relevant tools like SonarQube/Sonarcloud/Terraform and FlexDeploy.

• Demonstrate working knowledge with DevOps initiatives and tooling.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications.

• Integrating security controls and best practices into the automation process to ensure a secure cloud environment.

Who You Are:

An enthusiastic Automation practitioner with intent to continuously learn new solutions and implement them for the organization. Also enjoys mentoring and training people to innovate and improve the overall productivity.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Over 10 years of experience in software development, designing, application development, Project management and maintaining automation solutions.

• Proven experience as a CI/CD Automation Architect or similar role with at least 10 years overall automation experience

• Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks such as OATS,Tosca or similar.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum Frameworks.

• Experience in Oracle E-Busines suite, Azure DevOps, Git,JIRA, Github and serviceNow is a must.

• Experience in tools – SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, Application Object Library, Unix Shell Script etc

• Writing scripts and code (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.) to automate repetitive tasks, integrate Release and testing services, and enhance automation capabilities is a must.

• Creating comprehensive documentation for automation processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures for educating team members on automation best practices.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including cloud architects, developers, and operations, to understand requirements and incorporate automation solutions into cloud projects.

• 5+ years of experience working with senior management, business and service providers.

• Understanding of ERP Operations and associated boundary of applications

• Ability to understand problems in mult-technology and multi-application environment.

• BS/ B. Tech in (Computer Science, Engineering)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
