Actalent Field Service Engineer in Chandler, Arizona

Job Title: Field Service EngineerJob Description

Join our team as a Field Service Engineer, where you will be a crucial part of the Site Project Management Team, responsible for installing and commissioning equipment at customer sites. Your role will involve everything from the initial power application to the final acceptance testing. You will independently install software, conduct training for customer and internal technicians, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. You will also draft technical procedures, manage documentation, and serve as a liaison between customers and our engineering teams. This position requires readiness to travel on short notice and for extended periods.

Hard Skills

  • Experience in electromechanics

  • Understanding of motorized products, belts, and proximity sensors

  • 1-2+ years in technical field service within the semiconductor sector or relevant education

  • Knowledge of electrical diagnostic tools

  • Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints at component-level

  • Diagnosing and fixing electromechanical systems

Job Type

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Chandler, Arizona.

Work Environment
