Wells Fargo Lead Business Execution Consultant - Change Management Lead - CTR in CHANDLER, Arizona
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant with the Currency Transaction Regulatory Reporting Group. Currency Transaction Regulatory Reporting Group (CTRRG) is responsible for timely and accurate filing of Currency Transaction Reports with FinCEN in accordance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements.
In this role, you will:
Lead change management for CTRRG which involves reviewing intake requests, perform impact analysis, and monitoring change pipeline to ensure appropriate prioritization and oversight of changes.
Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, control, and compliance
Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
Create and implement change strategies and plans that maximize stakeholder adoption and minimize resistance, driving adoption and proficiency of change within the CTRRG organization.
Review and analyze business organizational systems and navigation to anticipate change impacts while ensuring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement strategies.
Collaborate and consult with product owners, project coordinators, business partners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders in times of highly unusual or complex ambiguity and achieve project goals and established timelines in coordination with more experienced management.
Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) experience
Change Management Certification like Prosci, ADKAR Methodology or others.
Working expertise of Change/Project Management tools such as SharePoint, MS Projects, JIRA, Confluence.
Experience working on medium or large-scale change initiatives
Expertise in presenting and discussing information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
Experience making timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Knowledge and understanding of Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
