Insight Global QAQC Engineer in Chandler, Arizona

Job Description

Can pay between $55-$65 depending on experience

· Develop and implement QAQC plans, procedures, and inspection checklists for tool installation and commissioning projects.

· Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

· Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection test plans, material certificates, and non-conformance reports.

· Monitor installation activities to ensure adherence to design and quality requirements.

· Identify and resolve any quality-related issues during the installation phase.

· Collaborate with the project team to address and correct any deviations from the project plans.

· Assist in the preparation and execution of commissioning plans and protocols.

· Verify that all systems and components are installed and functioning according to design specifications.

· Document and report on the commissioning process, highlighting any discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution.

· Perform detailed inspections of tools and equipment to verify their condition and suitability for use.

· Maintain accurate records of tool inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Provide field investigation support to Facilities engineers, CAD designers, and PM.

Skills and Requirements

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Solid fundamental Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills.

· Strong verbal and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with peers and supervisors.

· The ability to work in a clean room environment, gowning up in coveralls, hoods, boots, safety glasses, and gloves.

· A committed, attentive, positive, multi-tasking attitude, and ability to work under high pressure in a fast-paced environment. Semi background is preferred null
