Job Title: Field Service EngineerJob Description

Join our dynamic team as a Field Service Engineer, where you'll be at the forefront of installing cutting-edge equipment at customer facilities. You'll engage in field commissioning of Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS) equipment, from initial power application to final acceptance testing. Your role will be crucial in installing software, drafting and revising technical procedures, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Additionally, you'll provide on-the-job training, act as a liaison during installation and service operations, and prepare detailed reports and checklists.

Hard Skills

• Experience in electromechanics, technical procedures, and motorized products

• 1-2+ years in technical field service within the semiconductor sector or relevant education

• Knowledge of electrical diagnostic tools and shop/hand tools

• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints at component-level

• Proficiency in diagnosing and fixing electromechanical systems

Soft Skills

• Engaging with customers

• Effective troubleshooting

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Chandler, Arizona.

Work Environment

This role requires readiness for both domestic (AZ & OR) and international travel on short notice, involving 90% travel time. You will also be working in a cleanroom environment.
