What you’ll do:

Implement VCB & contactor design engineering programs related to the development of proposed new designs or advanced application concepts.Techinical support related production line.

"A. Develop design project goals & objectives, analyzes feasibility of new products in line with marketing strategy and technical criteria.

B. Benchmark competitors’ products and technology advancements.

C. Understand design procedure, new technologies and engineering techniques.

D. Design, development and justify and guide the installation of new Engineering concept for comprehensive overall improvement including use of design tools.

E. Support project leader on new engineering concepts development and implements. Ensures successful completion of the assigned project phase within the budget time and cost constraints. Keep all related project documentation well controlled.

F. Design various components in order for technical support, application support, production line support.

H. Prodcut design with 3D model and 2D engineering drawing, export material bill of material. realse engineering change notice. Upload engineering documents to Enovia system and SAP system. Keep data updated on time and well controlled.

G. Responsibility for appropriate prototype testing and evaluating of products, parts, equipment, tools and systems, along with necessary corrective follow-up.

I. Coordinates & insure successful product qualification test in the lab.

J. Copporate with team provide technical support on production line on quality issue, continue improvement related, cost reduction etc.

K. Inform supervisor/manager regularly on work progress, cost, risk, scope redirection needs and stay in collaboration with supervisor. Must be a strong team player.

Qualifications:

\Bachelor or master

3 years and above experience on mechanical/electrical design

Skills:

mechanical & electrical knowledge, GB & IEC standard of HV switchgear products related

Office, 3D design software
