Overall Summary: The Account Executive is a key contributor aligned with the sales team. A collaborative partner with sales executives to create new revenue generation and organic revenue growth, as well as profitability improvement and minimized erosion. Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Collaborate with Sale Executives in developing sales and pricing strategies (creation of letter of quotes) and pursuing new revenue opportunities. Assess new opportunities within the core competencies of IWCO. Identified as a subject matter expert (SME) in customer presentations at IWCO facilities, client locations and industry events. Responsible for coordination of onboard new clients and new programs. Identify and document project specifications and changes for operational teams to execute; including Service Level Agreements (SLA), SOW's and SLA's. Key contributor in the cultivation of organic revenue growth. Manage periodic review of price agreements to identify growth opportunities for increased margins, additional revenue and production efficiencies. Minimize revenue loss and erosion through an enhanced customer experience. Serve as consultant to internal departments to ensure superior program management and customer satisfaction. Key contributor in response development when customer requirements or expectations are not achieved. Serve as an escalation point for invoicing, quality and other customer disputes. Key contributor in the development, implementation, approval and maintenance of process deliverables; including scheduling, forecasting, and invoicing. Manage client engagement - identifying unique development / needs; lead delivery of innovative solutions for complex business requirements. Prepare, facilitate and participate in periodic customer facing business reviews, presentations. Sales representation partner. Perform other duties as applicable or assigned. Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies: Strong presentation and communication skills. Independent ability to organize and manage multiple priorities within a rapidly changing environment. Strong customer service skills. Microsoft Office suite proficiency; Excel expertise. Familiarity with all facets of the direct marketing processes and services. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, printing, graphic arts, or related field preferred. 5 years of experience in direct marketing sales or sales support strongly preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to work 8 hours consecutively. Travel based on industry events and client needs (visits, presentations, tours and program management).
