Aston Carter Contracts Manager in Chantilly, Virginia

Contracts Manager | 6-Month Contract-to-Hire | Hybrid | Chantilly

Aston Carter is hiring a Contracts Manager to assist with policy compliance matters, track deliverables, and act as the liaison between the client and vendors.

This is a hybrid role requiring 1 Day/Week On-Site in Chantilly

About:

  • Initiate, track and monitor contract changes, deliverables, correspondence, and risks, maintaining associated documentation.

  • Manage day-to-day contract activities, advising on strategic direction and interpreting contract terms.

  • Proactively resolve issues, minimize litigation potential, and protect the company's reputation.

  • Act as a liaison between project teams, business units, and Legal to ensure all contractual matters are addressed efficiently.

  • Develop and integrate contract management tools and processes, and may provide training to relevant personnel.

  • Prepares and disseminates information regarding proposals, contract status, compliance, modifications, etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7 to 10+ years of Federal Contracts experience

  • Experience with DOD or Intel

  • Cradle-to-grave contracts experience
