Business Management/Financial Consultant

Must be local and in Charlotte (will requires a hybrid model 3 days onsite and 2 remote)

Description:

2 Financial/Accounting Resources.

1. Must be a strong Financials person. They are going to be managing 200 Million portfolio with substantial growth expected.

2. Must be good with Financial Data, be able to present Data (meaning they need to be well spoken and sharp and able to present to execs)

3. Able to dig through systems to find information

4. Ability to challenge people, “where is your number,” “why is your number off” – be able to stand your ground with people

5. looking for a very personable, interactive person who can work well with team members and present financial Data to executives.

• Supporting executive leadership team on key team projects and initiatives

• Process review and improvement – assessing and streamlining workflows for maximum efficiency

• Creation of executive level presentations and reporting packages

• Business management - KPI creation and reporting, correlating consulting activities to outcomes.

• Data administration and analysis for client insights

MUST be very strong in EXCEL

• Be able to build a table

• Show they can navigate within large Excel Docs

• Format a table

• Pivot Tables
