Spectrum Business Operations Regional Support Specialist - Spectrum Reach in Charlotte, North Carolina

TheBusiness Operations Regional Support Specialistis responsible for client onboarding and compliance, credit risk assessment, accurate account setup and management, campaign order management, and Tier 1 client support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
Client Onboarding
Ensure we have received the required Spectrum Reach onboarding documentation, including acceptance of the Spectrum Reach Advertising Terms & Conditions
Perform credit risk assessments for all clients requesting to pay after delivery of services, to mitigate bad debt
Account Setup & Maintenance
Comprehensive, accurate, and aligned setup in all Spectrum Reach Systems (Salesforce, Pilot, AOS, XGLinear, SAP)
A complete understanding of our systems and the connectivity between them to ensure all account updates/changes are carried through each system to prevent any disruptions to delivery of ads and billing.
Campaign Order Management
Ensuring orders are processed timely according to set deadlines
Ensuring we are provided legally binding contracts for ad campaigns between our clients and Spectrum Reach
Tier 1 Internal and External Client Support: Fielding inbound inquiries from internal and external clients, using resources to answer questions, resolve issues, and/or know who to route them to for full resolution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Analytical, critical thinking to navigate making informed credit risk decisions and multiple systems
Ability to effectively organize and prioritize
Provide strong customer service to clients and sales teams across the footprint
Ability to work collaboratively and independently; highly motivated and detail-oriented
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to demonstrate superb follow through
Proficient in Microsoft applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, straightforward and professional manner
Familiarity with the advertising industry
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
