Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $60 - $65 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in driving large programs with components of transformation around:

• business process reengineering

• outsourcing

• technology deployments

• Financial project experience, able to understand banking SLA's, Risk, and RCSA

• Needs to have a breadth of knowledge of banking from an enterprise perspective rather than be specialized in a segment of it.

• Should have basics of PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, MS Project

• Six sigma or PMP certification or other change management certification is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Properly qualified resources understand the outsourcing lifecycle, tech deployments from an SDLC process, how to manage projects in large organizations while communicating across stakeholders, and business process optimization. There are several workstreams and different parts of the program team are dedicated to them. Initial sense is that these resources would be dedicated to but that may evolve.

• Needs to be flexible and capable of gathering requirements one day and communicating to senior leadership on another.

• Need to be happy being a hands-on individual contributor, this is not a management role.

• Outsourcing methodology and execution

• Will conduct many meetings across stakeholders in a workstream. Will have parts of the day where data will be analyzed, then parts of the day for preparing presentations, problem solving and putting out fires as they arise.
