Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Full-stack Java Developer with Angular experience for one of our top financial services clients. This individual will be joining a Treasury team within the Risk and Finance Technology space as part of a UI Hedging Application project. In the role, this individual will be responsible partnering with key stakeholders to ensure proper design and architectural patterns are deployed to ensure high-availability, failover, and scaling. Demonstrate best practices throughout software development lifecycle of design, build, code review and test with focus on application resilience. Candidate must have very strong communication skills.

Skills and Requirements

6-7+ years of experience as a Java Developer (minimum)

Design and development experience in modern technologies such as API management, REST/API integration, Containers, Micro services

2+ years of RECENT Angular experience (HARD REQUIREMENT)

Financial/Banking background (required)

Spring/Kafka

Must have excellent written and verbal communication, as well as professionalism Treasury Experience

Working experience in Python

Capital Markets Exp (Interest Rate Derivatives, Foreign Exchange Derivatives, Futures, Bonds and Securities, Secured and Unsecured Money Market Instruments, Loans)
