Equitable’s Marketing team is looking for an experienced Marketing Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. You'll drive strategic analytics initiatives that significantly impact our marketing and business performance. As a key partner to senior leadership, you'll influence strategies to maximize user acquisition, retention, and overall client experience. This position will be located out of our Charlotte, NC or New York City office. You will have flexibility to work in office 2 days per week and remotely 3 days per week.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing and business teams to develop measurement, testing, and analytics approaches for marketing initiatives.

  • Drive Learning Agendas: Formulate and execute comprehensive learning agendas.

  • Deliver Insights: Deploy analytics and research methods, creating campaign reports and executive summaries.

  • Narrative Building: Deliver clear, written narratives using data to tell compelling stories and offer actionable recommendations.

  • Enhance Reporting: Build reports and analytics tools to improve customer acquisition and retention measurement.

  • Manage Projects: Program-manage cross-functional initiatives that require new data sources and enhancements to existing data infrastructure and analytics products.

  • Support Data Solutions: Collaborate with analysts and data engineering teams to prioritize, QA, and release new data tables, metrics, and analytics solutions.

  • Develop Talent: Coach and develop analysts to enhance their skills and performance.

The base salary range for this position is $103,000-$130,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Economics, or a related degree with an analytics and quantitative emphasis

  • 10 years of related work experience analyzing data and delivering marketing and business insights

  • 3 years people leadership experience, specifically managing analysts or data engineers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional work experience in Financial Services or Insurance industry highly desired

  • Hands on experience in strategic marketing, media, social media, website analysis, audience targeting tools, and vendors

  • Experience with A/B testing, quantitative and qualitative tracking, and ad effectiveness research methodologies

  • High proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and Tableau

  • Experience with advanced analytics to run optimization and simulations
