Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Family Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating for multi-family renovations and the ability to work independently to create accurate and detailed proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review field notes and photos to determine an accurate scope of work.
• Create proposals with written scope and cost estimates.
• Perform material quantity take-offs.
• Communicate with trade partners to determine labor costs.
• Review proposals with the Account Management team.
• Ensure all estimates are accurate and align with company standards.
• Maintain organized records of all estimates and related documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in multi-family estimation, with a focus on interior and exterior renovations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Resourceful, honest, reliable, and responsible.
• Working knowledge with Mondays.com software a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
