Job Summary
The P&C Specialist provides project coordination and orchestration of strategic people and culture initiatives to support the People & Culture Executive Team and the organization. This position will execute and monitor strategic initiatives, enable and support exceptional change management, and communicate effectively to drive HR transformation, operational enhancements, and strategic improvements. Reporting to the People and Culture Executive Team, this position requires a blend of strong consultative and critical thinking skills with keen knowledge of project management best practices. This position may specialize in talent acquisition, total rewards, strategic initiatives, solutions center operations, new hire onboarding, leadership development, student programs, or engagement and retention. Ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates visible momentum.

Qualifications
Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate Degree, preferred. Bachelor’s degree or substantial years of experience in a similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience:
Three years Project management experience with an emphasis on budget management, board preparation, and merger and acquisitions, required.
Three years Budget Management, communications, and/or human resources experience required; experience may include coordinating large-scale, enterprise-wide projects, required.
Three years Artificial Intelligence, IT experience, preferred.
Substantial experience as a Novant Health team member may be considered in lieu of specific experience.
Licensure/Certification: PMP Project Management Certification, preferred.
