Join Park Inc as a Customer-Focused Parking Ambassador in Charlotte, NC!

We are seeking outgoing individuals to serve as Parking Ambassadors at various client locations in Charlotte. This position requires flexible availability throughout the week, including weekends, with an expected commitment of 30-40 hours per week. You will use your personal vehicle for daily site visits.

What do Parking Ambassadors do?

  • Assist in the daily operation of assigned parking facilities.- Help customers with automated revenue control equipment, including payment apps and pay stations.- Review payments, monthly hang tags, and parking violations as needed.- Monitor pay station performance and address malfunctions promptly.- Collect cash from pay stations regularly and submit to the corporate office.- Inspect signage on premises, report issues, and assist with repairs.- Ensure courteous treatment of customers and resolve service issues.- Follow departmental procedures for safe and efficient operations.- Handle guest problems promptly to ensure satisfaction.- Report accidents and incidents to supervisors immediately.- Maintain lot integrity and appearance (grass cutting, trash removal).

    What skills are needed?

  • Dependability and flexibility with schedule.- Comfortable using handheld digital devices (tech-savvy).- Dynamic, personable, and excellent communication skills.- Professional demeanor with the ability to enforce rules (e.g., vehicle booting, towing).

    Please note the Parking Ambassador position requires employees to utilize their personal vehicles for travel between multiple parking lots across the city. We offer a mileage reimbursement plan to compensate employees for travel expenses incurred while performing their duties. This ensures fair compensation for the use of personal vehicles in our operations.
