You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, analyze ROI, and create compelling documentation to engage both existing and potential users.

Job Responsibilities

ROI Analysis and Adoption:

  • Conduct ROI analyses to demonstrate the value of our software to facility managers and decision-makers.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend adjustments to maximize ROI.

User Buy-In and Feature Enhancement:

Documentation and Training:

  • Create comprehensive documentation (user guides, FAQs, best practices) to support users during implementation and daily use.

  • Develop training materials for facility managers and operators, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on software features and best practices.

Demonstrations and Presentations:

  • Represent our CMMS software in demonstrations to prospective customers.

  • Customize presentations to highlight features relevant to specific facility management needs.

  • Articulate the benefits of our platform and address questions from potential clients.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing, finance and customer support) to align strategies and goals.

  • Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales activities, providing technical insights and addressing customer inquiries.

Job Qualifications

  • Energetic self-starter able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven experience managing software projects or programs, preferably in facility management or related domains.

  • High sense of ownership, responsibility, commitment to quality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting deadlines.

  • Strong analytical skills for ROI assessment and data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences.

  • Familiarity with IWMS/CMMS systems, facility management processes, and industry standards.
