Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role involves managing property affairs, providing back office support, and maintaining strong relationships with multiple vendors. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and possess strong accounting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls and assisting tenants with their needs

• Coordinating special events such as holiday parties, lunches, fairs, and drives

• Handling vendor correspondence and managing vendor relationships

• Processing purchase orders (POs)

• Providing support to the Chief Engineer, Director of Accounting, and Property Managers

• Utilizing software such as MRI and Workspace in the execution of duties

• Performing accounting functions and managing accounts payable (AP)

• Assisting customers and providing necessary documentation

• Maintaining a professional approach to correspondence

• Ensuring the smooth functioning of the back office support. Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook

• Familiarity with accounting functions and accounts payable (AP)

• Ability to manage correspondence and documentation effectively

• Experience in managing multiple vendors and maintaining vendor relationships

• Knowledge in processing purchase orders

• Ability to assist customers and provide back office support

• Experience in answering inbound calls

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Prior real estate/property management industry experience required
