Senior Lead Analytics Consultant - Engagement

The Senior Lead Analytics Consultant, Digital Engagement is an individual contributor who will be a part of the SDI Analytics and Reporting team, which is responsible for defining reports, dashboards, data feeds, pipelines and analyses necessary to understanding Digital (Commercial / Corporate & Investment Banking) channel performance. This role will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance adoption and minimize risk/cost.

  • Drive implementation and uptake of tools by proactively gathering feedback and retiring unused tools.

  • Understanding of requirements from Product teams and skillfully translate into solutions, tackling various challenges specific to data product development.

  • Leverage a user-centric approach to enhance responsiveness to customers, boost outcomes in customer satisfaction, adoption and costs savings.

  • Hands-on development of prototypes and support refinement of data deliverables

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to product leaders to develop or influence analytical strategies for highly complex business and technical needs

  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques and advanced data from multiple sources across the enterprise

  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, innovation, and coordination of highly complex activities

  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise

  • Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed

  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience and understanding of Commercial / Corporate Digital channels and capabilities.

  • Direct involvement in the development of queries and dashboards, including responding to ad hoc queries, creating prototypes, and supporting iterative improvements to team output.

  • Recent experience executing end-to-end value-added use cases.

  • Subject matter expert in Tableau environment and adoption.

  • Stellar communication and influencing skills

  • Ability to shape team processes through coaching, influencing peer collaborating, fostering teamwork and managing performance effectively.

  • Data product experience a plus

Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. This includes all candidates requiring immediate sponsorship of H1-B, TN or E-3 visas as well as future sponsorship of STEM (F-1/OPT) visas.

  • Candidates must be willing to work on site in either Charlotte, NC (Uptown location) or New York City, NY (Midtown Manhattan).

Pay Range for New York City, NY: $133,300 - $237,100 annual base salary.

Pay Range

$111,100.00 - $237,100.00
