Little, nationally recognized as a “Best Firm to Work For” and one of the nation’s most progressive design firms, is seeking a Senior Project Architect with a positive, collaborative work style, who will work in our growing Workplace-Interiors Studio in our Charlotte, NC office.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be an ambitious, creative Project Architect with a background in interiors who is passionate about great design and is looking to significantly improve the performance of our clients through a creative and collaborative process.

A position you’ll love:

  • You’ll be working in our dedicated Workplace-Interiors studio with other professionals dedicated to Interior projects.

  • You will be working on multiple projects at one time with the projects varying in project phase

  • You will have direct client contact

  • You’ll have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.

  • You’ll coordinate with a team of architects, interior designers, and engineers to meet project requirements, budgets and schedules.

  • You’ll help to lead our QA/QC efforts on your own projects as well as others.

  • You’ll be responsible for producing contract documents, signing and sealing drawings, and leading construction administration.

  • You’ll be accountable for project success.

  • You’ll have growth opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university;

  • 10+ years of experience in the architecture & design industry;

  • Architectural registration

  • Deep understanding of building codes and accessibility requirements

  • Experience signing and sealing drawings

  • Ability to execute projects from conceptual design to owner occupancy; and

  • Strong design and Revit Skills.
