Deloitte Sr. Product Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • Exhibits the behavior of an Agile leader helping the team embrace core values of product team / agile practices. Prioritizing, designing and implementing product enhancements. Leveraging data to make informed product decisions. Clearing team obstacles, establishing an environment where the team can be effective and protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions. Coordinate post-launch activities to validate that the product works as designed and those operational processes dependent on the feature successfully complete acceptance testing. Working with multiple functions to build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions. Manage partner relationships, identify necessary and/or desirable third-party features; evaluate and select vendors, negotiate agreements and contracts, and manage partnership integration. Presenting and clearly articulating product strategy to company leadership.

  • Work with the Product Owner to develop and champion a product vision, product strategy and product roadmap in support of corporate goals and objectives including the product backlog. Collaborate with the Product Owner, user experience and product development teams to assess value, usability and feasibility of product features. Coordinate and lead all scrum events such as feature/capability estimates, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and retrospective.

  • Build and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.

  • Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers٫ stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements٫ features and end products.

  • Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.

  • Supervise and support product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams.

  • Prepare and review product requirements documents (PRD)

  • Organize product releases properly and ensure the compliance with schedule.

  • Prepare recommendations to expand product base and vision.

  • Prepare recommendations to track product use and impact on end users.

  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Our Digital Foundry & Operations works with the Customer & Marketing group to bring a flexible capability and fluid capacity model to the delivery of small technology projects and enhancements.

Qualifications

Required

  • ScrumMaster Certification (CSM) or equivalent

  • 10+ years' experience of working on Product Manager or other relevant position.

  • Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in Agile environment.

  • Background in software development and program management is preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

  • Experience with Loyal platform for physician finder is a plus.

  • Experience with designing innovating solutions.

  • Experience with designing & delivering web solutions.

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

    Preferred

  • Experience working in a consulting environment.

  • Experience in the healthcare industry.

  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
