Robert Half Supply Chain Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina

Description We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role involves supporting supplier accounts administration and negotiations, optimizing supply chain logistics, and ensuring accuracy in warehousing and administration tasks. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Administer supplier accounts and negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimal terms and conditions

• Use SAP ERP systems to manage supply chain logistics and maintain accurate records

• Conduct auditing and troubleshooting activities to ensure smooth operations and identify areas of improvements

• Implement digital methods and optimization techniques to enhance supply chain processes

• Provide quality service and perform performance reviews to ensure supplier adherence to specifications

• Use predictive analysis and critical thinking skills to anticipate and solve supply chain issues

• Train team members on supply chain principles and procedures

• Work in a warehouse environment, ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to

• Use Mindset Software for efficient tracking and management of supply chain processes

• Ensure accuracy in all tasks and provide clear explanations to team members and stakeholders when required. Requirements • Possession of a High School Diploma (HS Diploma) or equivalent educational qualification

• Proficiency in SAP ERP and other relevant supply chain logistics software

• Experience in working within a warehouse environment, including knowledge of warehousing methods and principles

• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide quality service to ensure accuracy in tasks

• Proficiency in conducting audits and performance reviews to maintain high standards of work

• Experience in human resources (HR) administration and workstation support

• Ability to use digital tools and mindset software for optimization of supply chain processes

• Skills in training and development of team members

• Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with suppliers, including specification of goods and services

• Proficiency in critical thinking and predictive analysis for supply chain optimization

• Experience in handling supply chain logistics, including dealing with suppliers and warehousing

• Ability to create, implement, and optimize supply chain methods for efficient operations

• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
