What You’ll Do:
As a Survey Manager at Bohler, you will:
Direct a team of survey professionals working on multiple large-scale projects
Plan, direct, and coordinate survey operations, including project managers, staff surveyors, technicians, and field operations
Develop efficient and customized solutions for projects of any scale
Personnel management, proposal generation, and business development
Manage master contracts including fee estimation, project set-up, and execution of work
Prepare work plans, assemble project teams, delegate tasks and ensure compliance with scope and timely completion
Prepare client invoices, deliverables, and project-related correspondence
Responsible for accuracy, timeliness, and financial performance of assigned projects
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field required
15+ years of experience required with a minimum of:
5 years in a personnel management capacity
5 years in a business development capacity
SC PLS required (or the ability to obtain within one year if already an NC PLS). Dual SC/NC PLS preferred.
Licensure in other jurisdictions is a plus
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus
Successfully oversee the production of ALTA, Topographic, Boundary, utility and route survey
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead staff, think critically, and provide support to multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to prepare and review technical proposals
