Join our team as an inside sales associate and play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to process customer transactions, respond to inquiries, and support the quoting process. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you! Location: Chaska, MN Wage: $26 - $28/hr. Hours: 8 am 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday Benefits of the inside sales associate: Competitive hourly wage Full-time, consistent hours Opportunity for skill development and growth Inclusive and supportive work environment Medical Dental 401K Paid time off Duties of the inside sales associate: Process and route customer transactions Respond to customer requests Conduct administration tasks to support the quoting process Set up and maintain customer files for quotes Assist in scheduled inventory counts Meet sales goals by cold calling Maintain regular communication with existing customers Source new sales opportunities Understand customer needs and requirements Develop and maintain knowledge of the company s products and services Requirements of the inside sales associate: High school diploma or GED Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word Fluency in English verbal and written communication Two or more years of applicable post-secondary education Knowledge of ERP and CRM software Previous sales experience in the manufacturing field Ability to read part prints or drawings and match work orders Additional Information: Apply today!
