Basic Job Functions:
Responsibilities for the Detailing Supervisor include but are not limited to:Assisting the company sales and profit efforts by driving, directing, and leading the overall activities of the detailing team
Align with the Detailing Group Leaders and Design/Shop Orders team to aggressively maintain the engineering department schedule in order to meet internal and external customer needs while driving quality and maintaining efficiency initiatives
In conjunction with the Engineering Manager, participating in the strategic planning for the detailing team to meet future anticipated needs
Maintain control of the detailing programs to ensure that the correct versions are being used to the fullest extent
Coaching, mentoring, and developing detailing department Teammates and future Nucor leaders
Willing and able to travel on short notice
Willing and able to work the hours required to meet the demands of the position

Compensation Data
Detailing Supervisor weekly salary will range from $1,557/wk to $2,182/wk plus division ROA Bonus.Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior leadership experience within the steel fabrications or steel related industry
Bachelors degree with a focus in Civil Engineering or Drafting
U.S Registration as a Professional Engineer
