Job Location: Chengdu, China

Responsibilities

• Develop the Molecular Imaging Center in both scientific and business aspects, manage and execute the development strategy, coordinate and collaborate with the WuXi platform to form WuXi’s unique opportunity in the nuclear medicine arena

• Responsible for the business growth; representing the imaging center for prompting the business at national and international conferences, developping business opportunities

• Manage to best serve clients, manage clients’ expectation, and provide impactful values

• Manage vendors, establish effective framework and business model to serve for rapid Imaging Center growth

• Strong in scientific capability, leading the team to succeed in scientific aspects, including tracer identification & optimization, Imaging and analysis, providing services that meet and exceed clients’ expectations

• Work with the Quality Assurance team to provide a robust quality system, comply to applicable regulation requirements, prove high quality service to clients

• Work closely with other WuXi Business Partners, develop rapid growth for the Imaging Center.

• Strong and in-depth knowledge in：

• Non-clinical/translational and PETCT/MR Imaging studies；

• Tracer labeling, optimization;

• Tracer/radio-medicine in animal imaging studies；

• PETCT/MR instrument;

• Data collection, analysis, reporting, backup, and archive

• Knowledge in regulated space, e.g., GLP, GMP, and more

Qualifications

• Master or Ph.D. with relevant education and experience in drug development, Biology, Medicinal, Bio-engineer, Imaging and Nuclear medicine

• At least 5 years relevant experience

• Strong capability in strategic planning and execution

• Excellent inter-personal skills, able to effectively communicate internally and externally

• Excellent problem solving capability with strong willingness to embrace challenges and do not take “no” as an answer by proactively finding solutions

• Listen and understand clients’ needs, as a SME to prove resolutions

• Able to coach and lead the team to achieve goals

• Fluent in English, able to speak, read and write in English and strong listening comprehension
