We are looking for an Strategic Quotation Engineer. In this position you will provide excellent quotation support for projects on Pressure regulator products, Tank Top products & Steam products in Asia Pacific region.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provide quotation support for IND projects in AP region.

• Work with AP regional sales to understand project win price, preferred products, acceptable deviations & to ensure the driven bid.

• Review the project technical specification and prepare the project selection strategies based on best cost/sourcing availability.

• Clarify doubts on technical specifications through conference calls with Sales Office/LBP.

• Sizing & Selection of regulators, tank products, steam products using software like Fisher First2, PRV2 Size, etc.

• Contact factory as required on technical doubts & special solutions.

• Prepare Technical and commercial Quote, technical deviations, GA drawings, ITP, etc.

• Support Sales office after the receipt of PO till order entry, manufacturing, shipment.

• Visit customer facility whenever needed to understand the customer specifications and for technical discussions.

• Support to provide technical training to customers/new joiners on Regulators and tank products.

• Support AP PRM Industrial business to win more orders with high GP%.

• Support other strategic quotation related work assigned by team leader.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Production/Chemical Engineering with 2 to 4 years of experience.

• Knowledge about valves/regulators/tank top products/Steam products including codes and practices.

• Knowledge on Material classifications, NDE’s, Casting/Welding Process, NACE, etc.

• Relevant work experience on Process /Oil and Gas/Refinery industry, Power industry would be preferrable.

• Strong communication - written, verbal and presentation both in Mandarin and English.

• Knowledge on Competitors is an added advantage.
