Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking an ambitious and proven Engineer I, Field Service to join our world-class team in Chennai. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit new Field Service Engineers (FSE) for the HPLC Product line and GC product line

• Install and service HPLC, IC, and GC products of analytical instruments

• Successfully implement flawless maintenance and repair of instruments

• Determine root cause of technical issues and provide timely solutions

• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Engineering graduate with a minimum experience in analytical instrument service

• Demonstrated success in effectively resolving technical challenges

• Excellent communication skills to foster productive collaboration with individuals both within and outside the organization.

• Ability to compete in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
