Logitech Salesforce CPQ Developer in Chennai, India

The Salesforce CPQ Developer will work as part of the Enterprise Applications team to implement and support the Salesforce CPQ implementation for Logitech B2B business group. This position will be located in Chennai, India.

  • Be a part of Sales cloud team and work with the IT and Business Groups to analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements & issues, design solutions, plan and execute CPQ solutions and any further enhancements to the system

  • Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers, quality control, and across other technology team boundaries, reporting project status as required

  • Provide Tier 1, 2 and 3 support to the business users in case of Priority 1 issues with the system

  • Primarily develop and implement CPQ solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or Aura components. Configure and customize CPQ functionalities to match specific business requirements.

  • Integrate CPQ with other Salesforce applications and external systems.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing CPQ configurations

  • Support existing integrations between Salesforce and other boundary systems using Salesforce & 3rd party APIs, develop new interfaces as needed

  • Document and develop code according to specifications and standards

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • At least 5+ years experience working in the IT industry

  • Minimum of 3+ years of Sales cloud experience, particularly Salesforce CPQ, with hands-on experience in at least one large full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ Implementation.

  • Strong expertise developing custom applications on the Salesforce Force.com platform using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning (LWC in particular). Integration experience with Oracle ERP is a plus.

  • Proven experience in Salesforce CPQ development and administration.

  • Deep understanding of CPQ architecture, data models, and configuration options.

  • Knowledge of CPQ best practices and industry standards.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative, Programming and Administration (Flows, custom objects, reports, assignment rules, and more)

  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist

  • Knowledge of APEX triggers/SOQL queries and stored procedures

  • Experience with Salesforce.com Web Services APIs

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, product teams, and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Clearly document technical solutions and design decisions.

  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the development team.

  • Solid understanding of web technologies, such as HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS and a solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming concepts

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development best practices.

  • Knowledge on integrated technologies Jira, Marketing Automation, Cloud Solutions is a plus

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments

  • Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently without constant supervision and micromanagement

  • Must be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with Global IT and business team members

  • Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong customer service mentality

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Salesforce.com Developer certifications, Salesforce Sales Cloud certification is a plus

  • Salesforce Javascript Developer

  • Work experience using standard HTML/CSS practices

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or higher or equivalent
