About our Team

Generally, the team is form in Squad where each squad consist of Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Dev lead, Developers and Testers. This Squad structure provides more connectivity among team members and allows us to deliver faster as all resources work as one group on dedicated tasks.

About the Role

As a Product Owner and become an integral part of our vibrant and forward -thinking cross-functional product development community. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our product managers to define and achieve squad-level objectives that will achieve the product vision. Your leadership will guide your assigned squad(s) in realizing their missions, developing roadmaps, and engaging with key stakeholders throughout the lifespan of our program. Responsibilities

• Planning and prioritize product development and feature backlog at the squad level, guided by the Senior Product Owner's strategic direction.

• Working with other squad product owners to identify and mitigate/manage dependencies

• Developing and refine agile product features, ensuring clarity and understanding across teams through continuous engagement.

• Assessing, craft, and prioritize user stories and product features, aligning them with our overarching product management strategy.

• Acting as a liaison between squads and stakeholders, effectively communicating insights and updates, and addressing inquiries.

• Leading and inspire the product development team, fostering an environment in delivering outstanding user stories and products.

Requirements

• Have technical background, at least experience as Product Owner or BA in a highly technical team such as data engineering.

• Experience working with data as well as web-based requirements.

• Have Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

• Have proven experience in leading product ownership for development teams involved in enterprise-level initiatives.

• Have In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies
