Amazon Sr Digital Marketing Associate, M2+ Prime Video in Chennai, TennesseeIndia

Description

 The primary responsibility is to execute and audit marketing operations to improve visibility of the content in Amazon Prime Video

 The role will require the candidate to understand the marketing tools and operation workflows

 The operator is expected to continuously learn and update themselves on the new features of the tools and process updates

 Operator should have knowledge and expertise in creating and update process SOPs

 The role will require the candidate to perform content quality, bar raising and publishing of the marketing campaigns involving respective process guidelines and customer experience

 Candidate to have knowledge on operational metrics (KPI)

 Candidate required to have experience with stakeholder communication, escalation management and email management

 Candidate to be an efficient team player and contribute to business by proposing and implementing process improvement projects

 This is an Individual Contributor role, where the candidate is expected to use high judgement skills to review and approve key marketing content with high customer visibility with minimal guidelines

 The role requires a graduate degree with exposure to MS office

 In addition, the associate should have an attention to detail, good communication skills, logical thinking, analytical and proactive approach

 This role requires the candidate to work in night shift (IST time zone) and flexibility to extend support during critical business requirements if any customer facing defects

Key job responsibilities

 Completed under graduation (UG) in any stream

 Willing to operate in night shift (IST time zone)

 Candidate should be familiar with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

 Ability to communicate effectively over call and emails with stakeholder and commit to deliverable timelines

 Perform marketing operations to enhance the visibility of content across digital platforms

 Quickly understand and effectively utilize marketing and operation workflow tools

 Continuously adapt to and learn new features of the marketing programs

 Monitor and be aware of key operations metrics such as productivity (number of titles processed per hour), quality (defect percentage), and delivery/latency Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

 Ensure compliance with these metrics, SLA requirements, QA guidelines, team goals, and personal goals

 Hands-on experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Marketing Automation tools.

 Edit and fix content efficiently, following established Standard Operating Procedures to spot and correct errors.

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

 Experience as a Quality auditor

 Experience with Audit or QC tools and mechanisms

 Good interpersonal skills to manage ongoing relationships with program team and inter operations teams

 Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment driven by complex software systems and processes.

 Strong attention to detail when editing content, with the ability to deep dive and identify root causes of issues.

 Knowledge or experience in the publishing/b2b & b2c marketing industry, as well as familiarity with QuickSight, Adobe, Sprinklr, Marketo, and Photoshop, are significant advantages.

 Knowledge or experience in Marketing experimentation and campaign performance metrics analysis is an added advantage
