Description We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. This role involves the operation of a data entry device to convert lists, records, or other data points into an electronic format under the supervision of a manager or supervisor. This role is a contract position and does not require the exercise of independent judgment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate data entry devices accurately and efficiently to convert data into an electronic format

• Adhere to pre-established guidelines and procedures specific to the role

• Work under immediate supervision and report to a manager or supervisor

• Ensure the accuracy of the data entered and maintain updated records

• Use your skills in data entry, procedures, and practices to perform job functions efficiently

• Respond to inquiries regarding entered data and resolve any discrepancies

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data integrity and security policies

• Collaborate with team members to complete the assigned tasks within deadlines

• Use independent judgment to resolve issues related to data entry

• Continuously review data for errors and correct any incompatibilities if possible. Requirements • Demonstrated ability in Data Entry tasks, including accuracy and speed

• Familiarity with standard Procedures in data management and office operations

• Experience in Supervising teams or projects, ensuring efficiency and quality

• Adherence to best Practices in data entry and management

• Ability to exercise Independent Judgment in problem-solving and decision-making

• Proficiency in handling data in Electronic Format, including database management and spreadsheet software
