As a production associate, you will produce and assemble products according to specifications. You will assemble small tools used in the medical field with a emphasis on detail. These surgical instruments are used typically in brain surgery, and attention to detail is imperative. This is a team environment that ensures production standards are met. Each department works to finalize products, hand test them, and prepare them for shipping. This assignment aims to grow into a permanent career with a strong and growing company.
