Fooda Account Executive: Workplace Convenience Services in Chicago, Illinois

To that end Fooda recently expanded its offering to Workplace Convenience Services (WCS) to allow for both office pantry and micro-markets.

Position Overview:

Fooda is seeking an Account Executive based in Chicago to manage the daily operations of Fooda’s West Coast WCS clients. This role entails comprehensive oversight of all WCS offerings, serving as the primary point of contact between clients and our esteemed partners.

  • Prior experience in food service or enterprise catering preferred.

  • Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in addition to four to five years of relevant experience.

    What You Will Be Doing:

  • Reporting to the West Coast Director of Operations,

  • Supervising the Day-to-Day operations of West Coast clients with multiple Workplace Convenience Service offerings, ensuring the “Service Experience” of Fooda is consistently offered to all customers.

  • Coordinate between customer and vendors for new client launches.

  • Establish and maintain effective client and vendor relationships.

  • Manage customer service inquiries through digital channels.

  • Update and maintain Client/Vendor information within Fooda systems.

  • Ensure new vendors have appropriate compliance documents for onboarding 

  • Escalate any potential issues or questions occurring to Operations Manager when necessary to ensure proper procedures are being followed.
