Description

We're seeking a talented Product Owner with a proven track record of success in driving product development through a deep understanding of business objectives and technical feasibility. In this role, you'll leverage your business analysis experience to bridge the gap between stakeholders, developers, and the market, ensuring we deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and backlog prioritization based on business value and market trends.

• Conduct thorough business analysis activities to gather requirements, analyze data, and identify user needs.

• Develop and refine user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for development teams using Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).

• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure clear understanding of product requirements and technical feasibility.

• Own the product backlog, prioritizing features and ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.

• Monitor and measure product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and iterate based on user feedback and market data.

• Champion the product vision both internally and externally, effectively communicating product strategy and value proposition to stakeholders.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in product management and business analysis.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years of experience in product ownership or a related role (e.g., Business Analyst).

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).

• Proven experience in business analysis techniques (e.g., requirements gathering, user story creation, data analysis).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Analytical mind with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Passion for building innovative products and a strong understanding of the user experience.
